Teresa has dedicated 30 years to nurse triage work, including patient care, automation support, specialty triage, and call center leadership. She brings this wealth of experience, as well as Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and a certification in Pediatric Nursing, to her consulting-focused role with Schmitt-Thompson.
